How long does a ceiling installation take?
A standard bedroom or lounge ceiling takes 1–2 days. Larger open-plan areas or detailed LED tray ceilings take 3–5 days. We give you a timeline before we start so you can plan around it.
What's the difference between rhinoboard and PVC ceilings?
Rhinoboard (gypsum) gives a smoother, more premium finish that can be painted any colour. It's the right choice for living areas and bedrooms. PVC is more moisture-resistant and easier to keep clean, so it suits bathrooms, kitchens, and garages better. We'll recommend the right material for your space.
Can you add LED lighting to an existing ceiling?
Yes, in most cases. We assess the existing structure, discuss the lighting plan with you, and install properly. We work with electricians to connect the lighting circuits — we don't do the electrical connections ourselves, but we coordinate it.
Do you supply materials or must I buy them?
We supply everything and include materials in our quote. That way there are no surprises and we can guarantee the quality of what goes into your ceiling.
Will you travel to Richards Bay / Durban / Empangeni?
Yes. We work across KwaZulu-Natal, from Manguzi and Jozini all the way down to Durban. Travel costs are included in your quote when applicable.
